Matt Devlin

Co-Founder & President

Matt co-founded MG Marketing in 2011 on a few simple principles, begin with marketing strategy, be metrics driven in everything we do, and “make it happen”. With this in mind, Matt thrives on creating solutions to help clients reach more customers. It’s not good enough to develop great creative – it has to break through and make an impact. Facts tell, but stories sell – we help our client’s stories win! When not wearing his marketing hat, Matt loves playing sports with his family and tasting new salsas – spicier the better!

Cameron Dayley

Account Manager

Cameron is a creative marketing professional who maximizing companies’ marketing dollars by offering high-quality project management and marketing strategy. Industry experience in the agency, corporate, and non-profit sectors have helped him establish a well-rounded experience portfolio. He believes in going the extra mile to accomplish projects and tasks, no matter how trivial. While not working, Cameron enjoys spending time with his family.

Karisty Hopper

Graphic Designer

Karisty is a creative graphic designer with skills that make her a well-rounded artist and designer. Her experience in working with a wide range of industries, from a sign shop to a private equity firm, has broadened her design thinking. She is passionate about giving nothing but her best in order to create appropriate visuals to aid in attracting the intended target audience. When she’s not at the office, Karisty puts her creativity to use in personal projects, and also enjoys trying new things with friends and family.

Josh Kerr

Photographer & Digital Specialist

Josh brings all-encompassing expertise in the production industry to MG Marketing and its clients. His passion lies in helping brands grow by developing strategic marketing and content solutions that resonate. Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, boating, and fishing. He takes pride in creatively bringing clients’ visions to life and telling their stories in impactful ways.

Megan Devlin

Co-Founder

Megan co-founded MG Marketing in 2011. In addition to entrepreneurship, Megan has a passion for all things design. She holds a business degree with a minor in art and communications. She enjoys developing creative campaigns for clients and creating long-term, strategic marketing plans to help them succeed. Megan likes to say, “Their success is our success”, which always helps the team focus on the right goals. When not working, Megan enjoys cheering on her kids in their athletics, boating days and endless house remodel projects.

Bobby Magallanes

Creative Guru

A graduate of Texas Tech University, Bobby worked his way through advertising and digital agencies in various roles from Conceptual Designer to Creative Director. In 2007, Bobby founded Collective Dallas, an agile team that works closely with MG Marketing and other creative agencies to help companies tell their story. Today, with almost 20 years of experience in interactive design, user experience, branding, print and advertising campaigns, Bobby uses his experience to take a creative brief and turn it into brand magic!

Abhi Singh

Digital Project Manager

Abhi has a Bachelors of Technology in CSE (Computer Science & Engineering). He is a professional and experienced project manager, who really knows how to manage all aspects of design and development. Abhi’s friendly nature helps him manage both projects and more importantly, relationships with our clients, especially under tight deadlines.

Tarun Roy

VP of Development

Tarun is an entrepreneur and a marketing geek. He earned his Bachelors in Computer Engineering from Bengal College of Engineering and Technology in 2005. He believes that only dedication and persistence can make a person better. Tarun is a very enthusiastic personality, with the ability to solve any development challenges thrown at him.
